Form TA.6 - 0138_DOMESTIC CAC application for employers in the Special Domestic System and termination and change of data.

Form TA.6-0138 is the application form for the registration of a Contribution Account Code (CCC) of the Special System for Domestic Employees. This form also allows you to request the variation of CCC data or its deregistration.

Through the Service: "Registration and assignment of CCC for individual employers" from the Social Security e-Office you can carry out the above procedures online. You can identify yourself with Cl@ve Permanente, Cl@ve Móvil, via SMS, DNIe or electronic certificate.

For the assignment of the CCC, it is necessary that the holder of the family household has an Affiliation Number (NAF) or Social Security Number (NUSS). The NAF/NUSS can be obtained online through the "Request Social Security number" service available on the TGSS portal. In the event of not being able to access this service, the form "TA.1 - Application for Social Security membership, Assignment of Social Security Number and Variation of data" could be submitted duly completed and signed.

Once you have the CCC of the Special System for Domestic Employees, you can register a person as a domestic employee.
