What are its powers and duties?

• Preparing the Social Security Provisions.
• Preparing the records and reports that are required in relation to the application of international Social Security
• agreements and treaties, as well as the analysis of the influence of the European Union initiatives on the Social Security System.
• Drawing up and processing proposals for sanction resolution proposals, arising from Social Security violations. 
• Interacting with the Managing Bodies and Special Schemes, not included in the Social Security budget.
