2016 Awards for Quality and Innovation in Public Management


  • The Madrid Provincial Directorate of the INSS has been awarded second prize in the 2016 Citizenship Award for its “Serving a Culturally Diverse Public” course, a training initiative promoting equality and non-discrimination.
  • The Cantabria and Asturias Provincial Directorates of the INSS have been awarded runner-up prizes in the Award for Excellence in Public Management.


Certificate of Merit in the ISSA Best Practices Competition

The International Social Security Association (ISSA) has recognised the “Tu Seguridad Social” portal as an example of best practice, awarding it a Certificate of Merit in the 2016 Best Practices Competition for the European region. A total of 71 examples of best practices from 27 organisations across 19 countries were submitted to this competition. The awards ceremony took place on 18 April in Stockholm.


Award for Digital Transformation in eGovernment - Legitimisation 2016

Cl@veFirma has won an award at the eighth @asLAN Digital Processing Awards in the eGovernment-Legitimisation category, where it was up against two projects from the Ministry of Justice.

This is the fourth award Cl@ve has received since its launch, following the 2015 General State Administration ICT Award, the 2015 CNIS Award and the 2014 ASTIC Award.

  • Renewed level of excellence of the "AEVAL Seal", according to the EVAM Model:
     
    • The Bizkaia Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 12 April 2016
    • The Balearic Islands Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 22 July 2016
       
  • Renewed level of excellence of the "AEVAL Seal", according to the EFQM Model:
    • The Bizkaia Provincial Directorate of the TGSSLEVEL 400–499 points, dated 22 September 2016

The State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services has recognised the following levels of quality with "AEVAL Seals":

    • Cantabria Provincial Directorate of the INSS LEVEL 400–499 points, dated 21 April 2016.
    • Lleida Provincial Directorate of the INSS LEVEL 300–399 points, dated 17 June 2016.
