2015 Awards for Quality and Innovation in Public Management

The Award for Excellence in Public Management is presented to the Barcelona Provincial Directorate of the INSS.

"General State Administration ICT" Awards

The Social Security IT Department (GISS) has received an award at the ninth edition of the “2015 General State Administration ICT Awards”, organised by the SOCINFO Foundation. This award recognises the role played by the Management in “promoting the Information Society”.

ISO 50001 "Energy Management System" Certification

The Asturias Provincial Directorate of the TGSS has obtained Energy Management System certification for its head office building, accredited by AENOR in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 50001:2011 and valid until 24 July 2018.

2015 Ibero-American Award for Quality and Excellence in Management

The Valladolid Provincial Directorate of the TGSS has been awarded the 2015 Silver Prize by the Ibero-American Foundation for Quality Management. The goal of these prizes is to promote self-assessment, communication and training as basic tools to manage continuous improvement.

  • Awarded in 2012, the Vilagarcía de Arousa Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 21 April 2015.
  • Awarded in 2012, the Balearic Islands Provincial Directorate of the INSS LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 12 May 2015.
