— The ISM has been awarded the "Calculo stamp" by complying with the one-period registration in the "Section A of the Carbon Footprint, Offset and Carbon Dioxide Absorption Project Registry". This voluntary registry records the efforts of Spanish companies, administrations and other organisations in calculating, reducing and offsetting the greenhouse gas emissions generated by their activities.

The Ministry for Ecological Transition has developed a set of tools to facilitate the calculation of an organisation's carbon footprint and the estimation of the carbon dioxide adsorption generated by an absorption project.
