Incompatibilities

School Insurance benefits are incompatible with any benefits of identical content, derived from similar risks for which the affiliates contributing simultaneously to a Social Security scheme may be beneficiaries.

In these cases, benefits are received from the corresponding Social Security scheme, with the School Insurance paying the excess difference, if any.
