- Contributors to Social Security:
- From the day following the contract termination date,when the application is submitted within the 3 months following or prior to this situation.
- In other cases, it will be paid with a maximum of 3 retrospective months from the date the application was submitted.
- Workers in an affiliated situation:
- Workers on neither active contributor status nor in an assimilated contributor situation:
From the day following the application date or when the event granting entitlement occurs, depending on what the assimilated situation is.
From the day following the date on which the application was submitted.
