Granting of deferral will cause interest to accrue, which will be payable from the granting of the deferral until the date of payment, in accordance with the legal interest rate in force at any given time during the deferral period.

In the deferrals where the person responsible for the payment has been exempted from establishing guarantees due to extraordinary circumstances, the late-payment interest will be applicable.
