Effects of the Deferral
Providing that the conditions of the authorisation resolution are fulfilled, the granting of deferral will have the following effects:

Suspension of the collection procedure, regarding the deferred debts, and
-
That the debtor will be considered to be up-to-date with their Social Security obligations.
