What is the Active Innsertion Income Programme?

It is a programme  that aims to increase the opportunites of re-entering the labour market of certain groups of unemployed workers. It includes the awarding of an economic benefit, called active insertion income, that is linked to carrying out active employment policy actions that do not bring in a salary.

Who can apply for it?

Sea Workers who are unemployed and have special economic needs and difficulty in finding work.

What is the application procedure?

Applicants must fill in the Active Insertion Income Application form and produce the necessary documentation.

Where is it processed?

At the Maritime Employment Office corresponding to the worker's place of residence.
