It is a financial benefit granted to those workers who,  being able and willing to work, lose their job or have their regular working day temporarily reduced.

All workers employed by another person, both those who receive a salary and those on share-out pay, who make contributions for unemployment.

What is the application procedure?

It is necessary to fill out an Unemployment Benefit Application, and to provide the documentation that is indicated in the form.

Where is it processed?

At the Sea Employment Office that corresponds to your place of residence.
