How does one convert a payroll and personnel management program?

If you have your own payroll and personnel management system, you will find the technical specifications needed to convert your payroll in the Technical Instructions Manual published by the TGSS. If your payroll and personnel management program was developed by a payroll provider, you can ask your provider for his latest converted version.

Why is it necessary to convert the payroll?

Because the files that are sent through the RED System must have a special structure. For this reason, the first thing that the validation and conversion software provided by the TGSS (WinSuite32) does when you select a file to process, is to validate it; that is, to check that it has the correct structure to be sent through the RED System. When it has been validated, it is converted so it can be sent.
