There has been the following amendment to the RED News Bulletin 2012/3 of 30 April 2012:
The "Instructions for showing a pre-doctoral contract in the affiliation and contributions area" section is drafted as follows:
Instructions for showing a pre-doctoral contract in the affiliation and contributions area
Pre-doctoral contracts that are registered under the terms of Law 14/2011 may be entered into as of 2
June 2012.
They will be identified in the affiliation area using Employment Relationship of a Special Nature 9921 (RED News Bulletin 2011/13). The CONTRACT TYPE field must show a value of 401 and the CONTRIBUTION
GROUP must be between 1 and 10.
The reduction being referred to in the Eighteenth Additional Provision must be reported in the
FAN file using reduction code CD06 as of June 2012, with the reporting of
RLCE 9921 no longer being necessary.

- National minimum wage.
- Detection of differences for workers in TC2 in the Special Agricultural Scheme making contributions using the actual days worked method.
- Main new features arising from the publication of Royal Decree LAW 3/2012, of 10 February, on Urgent Measures for Labour Market Reform.
- Extension of the regulation period for paying in Social Security contributions due to the stoppage in fishing activity in Moroccan waters.
- Removal of the SMS mobile service that provides notification of the existence of messages in the personal mailbox of RED Direct users.

As of 6 February 2012, a new version of WinSuite will be available for users of the RED System, which includes the changes specified in the RED News Bulletin 2012/1 of 26 January, on the total segments of "Other Contributions", for the Special Agricultural System.
Therefore, contribution account codes for this new Special System which are sent prior to the start-up of this new version will generate errors for these items, although it have no impact whatsoever on the subsequent treatment of files.
In the area of affiliation, this new version includes the "end date of holidays" in the printing of worker termination decisions.
With regard to contributions in the Special Agricultural Scheme, we would like to inform you that the following contribution base validations are being implemented:
- The maximum contribution limit will be set at 1,800 euros, both for common contingencies and occupational contingencies.
- The monthly minimum bases will be the same as in the General Scheme. Contributions for actual days worked, will be the same as those for monthly contributions divided by 23.

The RED New Bulletin 2011/13 stated that acquisitions and terminations of active contributor status entered in scheme 0163, where the actual date was between 1 and 20 January and which were sent between 9 and 20 January, would be considered as having been submitted on time, even though they appeared as being late.
It states that the deadline for reporting these procedures has been extended to 31 January 2012. As a result you will be able to record these procedures, the actual date of which is between 1 and 31 January, and they will be considered as having been submitted on time up to the 31st.

- A new value for the "Special Employment Report" field.
- A new value for the "Worker Group" field.
- A new affiliation feature: average workforce with active contributor status report.
- New feature in RED authorisation management services: view affiliation numbers assigned to an authorisation.
- Shutdown of operations in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers.
- New version of WinSuite32 7.6.0.

We would like to inform you that the defects in the service for Affiliation/Termination of Affiliation/Change of Details for Secondary Users have been rectified and therefore, as of today, it is back in operation.
