Social Security

To those who work or have worked in one or both countries and to their families, beneficiaries and survivors.

Paraguay's Social Security legislaiton does not include independent workers so that they are not covered by the Agreement. However, those workers who have been subject to the Social Security and are voluntarily making contributions in order to meet the requirements for retirement or a pension are included.
