Social Security

All applications  for Spanish and Moroccan benefits must be submitted to the competent institution in the country where the interested party is resident:

 In Spain:

• the  Social Security Support and Information Centrenearest to your address (National Social Security Institute) or
  
  
• the  Provincial Directorates of the Social Marine Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workers

In Morocco:

• Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale

Note:

If the interested party or the originators is resident in a third country, they must submit their application to the Institution of the country (Spain or Morocco) under whose legislation they were last insured.
