Social Security

All applications  for Spanish and Ukrainian benefits must be submitted to the competent institution in the country where the interested party is resident.

 In Spain:

• the Social Security Assistance and Information Centre. closest to their address (National Institute of the Social Security) or

• the Provincial Directorates of the Social Marine Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workers.

In Ukraine:  

For granting pensions

• The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy

For paying pensions

• The Ukrainian Pension Fund
