Social Security

All applications  for Spanish and Russian benefits must be submitted to the competent institution in the country where the interested party is resident.

 In Spain:

• The Social Security Support and Information Centre nearest to your home (National Social Security Institute) or

• the Provincial Offices of the Marine Social Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workersthe Provincial Offices of the Marine Social Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workers.

In the Russian Federation:

• The Russian Federation Pension Fund

Note: 

If the interested party is resident in a third country, he or she must submit their application to the Institution of the country (Spain or the Russian Federation) under whose legislation they were last insured.
