Social Security

All applications  for Spanish and Argentinian benefits must be made to the competent Institution in the country of residence of the interested party.

 In Spain:

• The Social Security Support and Information Centre nearest to your home (National Social Security Institute) or

• The Provincial Office of the Marine Social Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workers.

In Argentina:

• The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) (UDAI - International Agreements).

Note:

If the interested party or the originators are residents of a Third Country, they must submit their application to the Institution of the country (Spain or Argentina) under whose legislation they were last insured.
