Level of Excellence Certification - AEVAL Seals

The State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policy and Quality of Service has awarded the following "AEVAL" Seals:

• For the self-assessment carried out in accordance with the EFQM Model:
  • Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Barcelona has renewed its EFQM Level of Excellence Certification (400-499 points), with the AEVAL Seal.
  • Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Seville LEVEL 200 - 299 points, on 17 January 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Murcia LEVEL 200 - 299 points, on 28 March 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Palencia LEVEL 200 - 299 points, on 31 October 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Zamora LEVEL 400 - 499 points, on 8 November 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the ISM of Cádiz LEVEL 300 - 399 points, on 25 March 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the TGSSof Santa Cruz de Tenerife LEVEL 200 - 299 points, on 31 January 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the TGSS de Valladolid LEVEL |+500 points, on 9 March 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of Madrid LEVEL 400 - 499 points, on 25 March 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of A Coruña LEVEL 200 - 299 points, on 27 June 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of Málaga LEVEL 300 - 399 points, on 1 July 2011.
  • Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of Pontevedra LEVEL 200 - 299 points, on 8 July 2011.
• The Provincial Directorate of the INSS that has been awarded the renewal of the “AEVAL Seal”, received in 2008 is:
  • Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Barcelona LEVEL 400 - 499 points, on 7 September 2011.

Other Quality Awards

After the Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of Valladolid achieved the +500 AEVAL Seal on 9 March 2011, the TGSS requested that it be validated with the 500+ European Seal of Excellence and the Recognised for Excellence 5-Star through the Club for Excellence in Management. It was awarded this seal for a validity period of 5 years, which enables it to guarantee that this organisation is operating with excellence on an international level.
