Notificaciones y comunicaciones electrónicas del INSS

Notifications and communications addressed to applicants for or recipients of the birth and childcare allowance, including decisions on the allowance, are sent electronically; and, from 1 September 2026, those relating to temporary and permanent disability benefits will also be sent electronically.
