Benefits for terrorist acts

People  included under any of the Social Security's schemes who become  disabled or the families of pensioners who are included in any of these schemes, who die as a consequence or as a result of the criminal activities committed by armed gangs or terrorists, for which they are not responsible, will have the right to receive extraordinary pensions from the Social Security for acts of terrorism, as well as health care and social services.

They will also have the right to receive psycho-social aid, compensation for injuries, etc.  from the State .
