Early Retirements from 01/01/2004, due to Labour Force Adjustment Plans
It states that all early retirements arising between 1 January 2004 and the date of the entry into force of the Law of Measures, whether they are early retirements at 61 years of age or early retirements for members of mutual societies, caused by a termination of the employment relationship by virtue of a labour force adjustment plan, are classed as involuntary. Therefore, decisions refusing applications for early retirements, as well as the amounts of the already granted pensions will be reviewed upon the request of the interested parties.
