Failure to set up the guarantees that were required within the time period set forth in the Resolution will be considered to be non-compliance.
Likewise, failure to meet any of the payment deadlines set forth in the Resolution, as well as not keeping up-to-date with payment of any new debts arising in the future, will be considered to be non-compliance.
In the event of non-compliance, debt enforcement proceedings will be initiated, thereby issuing an enforcement order, if this has not been done already, and proceeding to enforce the guarantees that were set up.
Accrued late payment penalty interest will be demanded from the due date of the respective regulatory payment periods.
