Special agreement of workers with part time contracts

Application and application deadline
The Special Agreement application is made by submitting the corresponding form (form TA-0040) to the Provincial Department of the Social Security Treasury Office or the Administration office corresponding to the applicant's home address.
-There are two deadlines:
* 90 days following the termination or situation determining the special agreement.
* At any time.

Effects
If the special agreement application has been presented within 90 calendar days following the date of cessation of the activity or of the situation that determines signing the special agreement, it will take effect from the day following that on which cessation in the corresponding Regime becomes effective, unless the applicant opts to have it commence from the presentation of the application.
If the agreement application had been presented outside the deadline of 90 days, it will take effect from the day on which the application is presented.
Causes for termination
Contribution
The monthly contribution basis shall be the difference between the contribution basis for the part-time contract and the one chosen by the interested party, up to the contribution basis resulting from dividing by 12 the sum of the bases for common contingencies for which contributions have been made, regarding workers who apply for the special agreement, during the 12 consecutive months prior to the month in which the agreement takes effect.
The basis established in the agreement shall be maintained to the end of the year in which the agreement is signed when the contribution basis for the part-time contract changes during that time, except by the express wish of the interested party to the contrary.
The contribution to be made up under the special agreement regulated in this article shall be the one corresponding to retirement, permanent disability and death and survival situations, derived from common disease or non-work-related injury, in the Social Security Scheme corresponding to the agreement in question.
