The TGSS plans to initiate proceedings to extend the transfer of use of an area of 383.02 m2 on the first floor of the Casa del Mar heritage building, located at Calle Alférez Barreiro, 22, Baiona (Pontevedra), in favour of the AVELAÍÑA Association for people with mental health problems.

This is published for the information of those entities that may be assignees in accordance with Article 16 ter. Royal Decree 1221/1992 of 9 October on Social Security assets.

These entities may submit new applications within 10 days of this publication (art. 16 quater.3 of the aforementioned Royal Decree).
