The opening of the bids will take place in a public ceremony on 7 September 2023 at 10:00 a.m., at the Provincial Directorate of the Social Security General Treasury in Palencia (Avda. Comunidad Europea, 16, -Boardroom-, Palencia 34004).

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: On 21 August 2023 during the opening hours of the General Registry of the aforementioned Provincial Directorate of the Social Security General Treasury (from 09:00 to 14:00 hours).

In the event that the documentation is submitted in another of the registers provided for in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations, or is sent by registered post, the tenderer must justify the presentation date and announce the dispatch of the documentation by means of a message sent to the following email address: buzon.tgss-palencia.patrimonio@seg-social.es.

Without the concurrence of both requirements, the documentation will not be admitted if it is received by the entity organising the Public Tender after the date and time of expiry of the period indicated in the announcement.

The minimum bidding rent (excluding VAT) will be €6,087.32 per month for the above-ground premises (4 euros/m2) and €70 per month (excluding VAT) for the garage (0.71 euros/m2).

Lease by Public Tender No. 2023/01, of a property located in Plaza Padres Dominicos, 9-14, Palencia, with a built surface area above ground level of 1521.83 m2 and a garage below ground level of 98.54 m2.

On 5 October 2023, the Directorate General of the Social Security General Treasury resolved:

To award the 2023/01 public tender for the lease of a building owned by the Social Security General Treasury, located in Plaza Padres Dominicos, 9-14, Palencia, in favour of the bid submitted by the company "GRUPO EASYCHARGER, SA" with NIF A34277434, for a monthly rent of €6,285.16 (excluding VAT) for the premises of 1,521.83 m2 (€4.13/m2/month) and €71.93 (excluding VAT) for the monthly rent of the garage of 98.54 m2.
