The offer shall include at least 9 parking spaces in the same building or in another nearby building, in this case the proximity to the offered one being positively valued.
The maximum purchase price will be €400,000- (FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS) including VAT and other taxes and deeds and registration costs.
Only offers for premises located in completed buildings will be accepted.
If the premises are developed on a single floor, its surface area shall be equal to or greater than 700 m2 built surface area. If developed on two floors, they will be ground floor, with 400 m2 built and mezzanine or first floor with 300 m2 built.
All access to the premises from the public highway must be "accessible".
A regular shape, as well as the number of façades with the possibility of access and light and views through operable windows will be positively valued.
The clear height between floors must be at least 3,30 m.
The overload capacity of the floor slabs must be at least 350 kg/m2.
