From 6 October 2020, the State Pension Scheme will be integrated into the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration through the provisional assignment of the Subdirectorate-General for Pension Scheme Management to the Directorate-General for Social Security Organisation. Notwithstanding the above, there will continue to be a Pensioners' Section in the Provincial Delegations of Economy and Finance to provide information and assistance to citizens in relation to any procedure or management in relation to Pensioner Scheme.
Similarly, for any question related to the Pensioners¨ Scheme, citizens can access the Pensioner Scheme portal (www.portalclasespasivas.gob.es). Through this portal you can check detailed and updated information on the different types of benefits managed by the Subdirectorate General for the Management of Pensioners, and you can, among other things, obtain the forms for applying for these benefits and find out about the regulations governing them. Accordingly under the "Services" tab, you can request a face to face appointment and resolve any queries by using a specific form in the "Queries mailbox" section, or you can work out the amount of your future pension, if you are a civil servant who is about to retire.
