Permanent non-disabling injuries

This is a benefit that is consistent with the lump sum compensation that the Social Security grants to workers who have suffered injuries, mutilations or deformities caused by work accidents or occupational diseases that, without causing permanent disability, lead to a lessening of the worker's physical well-being, if they are included in the established scale.

This benefit is included in the protective action of the General Social Security Scheme and the Special Schemes for Agriculture, Sea Workers, Self-Employed Workers and Coal Mining.
