Social Security Public Accounts Department logo

Article 125.3 of Law 47/2003 of 26 November, the General Budget Act, states that the Social Security Public Accounts Department is responsible for controlling and managing public accounts within the framework of Social Security to enable it to perform the management, control and analysis and information duties set forth in article 120, and for collecting the accounts and other documents to be submitted to the Court of Auditors by the system's bodies.
