Special Retirement at the Age of 64

Form of retirement that, as a measure to promote employment, lowers the minimum retirement age requirement from 65 years to 64 years, without the application of reduction coefficients by age,  allowing the worker to access the retirement pension with the same economic rights as if the worker were 65 years old.

This form  is no longer starting 01-01-2013, but will remain for those who fall under the provisions of Ordinance 12.2  of Law 27/2011 of 1 August.
