Minimum Vital Income
To apply for the benefit, you can access the service on the Social Security Benefits Portal, or download and print the corresponding form and, once completed and accompanied by the required documentation, submit it at the Social Security Information and Assistance Centre (CAISS), you can request an appointment here, or send it by ordinary mail to the Provincial Directorate closest to your home address.

Certificate of Social Services and Entities
The publication of these certificates is for downloading and completion by social workers, town hall secretaries or representatives of mediating social entities. The applicant does not need to download and complete it.
