Procedure for requesting the special agreement for workers terminated from providing services or activities.

General Information


Purpose:

To maintain the same contribution basis or bases for which contributions were being made in a situation of pluri-employment or pluri-activity.

Beneficiaries:

Workers or those assimilated to affiliation who perform services for two or more employers in a situation of full-time or part-time multiple employment, whether or not they receive unemployment benefits, and whether or not the unemployment benefits or subsidy expire, and any or all of their employment contracts terminate when they are performing these services in a situation of multiple activity, and they terminate any or all of the activities which led to their compulsory inclusion in two or more Social Security System Schemes, whether simultaneously or successively.

A specific exclusion period in the pluri-employment or pluri-activity of 1,080 days is required in this pluri-employment or pluri-activity situation.

  • Original and copy of the: National Identity Document, Foreign Citizen Card or Passport, as applicable.
Where to process it:

At the Provincial or Administrative Offices of the Social Security Treasury General corresponding to the domicile of the applicant. If you have a digital certificate you can access the e-Office and submit the application form and required documentation online through the Special Agreement Registration process in the Social Security e-Office.

Deadlines:

There are two deadlines:

  • 90 days following the causal event
  • At any time.
Effective:

It takes effect:

  • From the date of application.
  • From the date of the situation determining the special agreement. (this date may only be chosen if the application is filed within 90 days from the date of the situation. More information
