The aim of this Special Agreement is to complete the contribution bases corresponding to the contingencies of permanent disability and death and survival, arising from common illness and non work-related injury, retirement and social services during a period of legal strike or employer's lockout.

Workers who are in the situation of being a special active contributor as a result of a legal strike or lockout.

• Original and copy of the: National Identity Document, Foreign Citizen Card or Passport, as applicable.
• Company certificate stating the period of the legal strike or lockout, and the daily contribution basis for the preceding calendar month.

At the  Provincial or Administrative Offices of the Social Security Treasury General corresponding to the domicile of the applicant.If you have a digital certificate  you can access the e-Office and submit the application form and required documentation online through the Special Agreement Registration process in the Electronic Applications Register.

90 days following the end of the legal strike or lockout.

It is effective from the day on which the situation of special active contributor begins for as long as this situation continues.

Accreditation of the contribution period prior to the application for the same will not be required.
