The deadline to apply for the Minimum Living Allowance starts on Monday 15 June 2020.

In order to allow time for interested parties to have the necessary information and documentation available and to avoid loss of rights, applications submitted during the first three months (until 15 September 2020) will, if approved, have financial effect from 1 June 2020, provided that the requirements are met on that date. If they are not met on that date, the financial effects shall be fixed on the first day of the month following that in which the requirements are met.

Please note that, due to the health situation, the Social Security Assistance and Information Centres are currently closed to the public, so we recommend that you use the electronic services of the Social Security’s E-Office to submit your applications from 15 June 2020 onwards.
