Right-Granting Event / Economic Conditions

Right-Granting Event:
The day of dismissal from work, as long as the job is actually terminated and a new worker is hired at the same time.

Economic Conditions:

The day following the right-granting event, if the application is submitted within 6 months prior to or 3 months following the termination.

Maximum retro-application of 3 months from the date on which the application is submitted, if the application is submitted more than three months after the contract termination.
