Compatibilities / Incompatibilities

  • Of the pension with work:

    • It is compatible with performing any job, as an employee or self-employed worker, in the same company or a different one, although the pensioner must inform the management entity of this situation. If the job held leads to inclusion in any of the Social Security schemes, the corresponding registration must be processed and contributions made.

    • It is incompatible with performing the same job in the company.

  • Of the 20% increase with the job and other benefits:
  • Receiving the 20% increase is incompatible:

    • With performing work as an employee or self-employed worker.

    • And with the Social Security benefits derived from that work, such as the temporary disability or maternity subsidy that continues beyond the working relationship or professional activity, or unemployment benefits that may correspond to them.
