New Denomination
Permanent disability pensions will be called retirement pensions once the beneficiaries turn 65 years of age. The new denomination does not imply any modifications to the pensions that have been received up to this point, nor will they alter the legal standing of the benefits that may be derived from it.
As a consequence, there will be no personal income tax withholdings (IRPF) for absolute permanent disability and outstanding disability pensions that are switched to retirement pensions.
