The spouse, children, parents and other family members of the employers by blood or affinity up to and including the third degree, employed on the agricultural establishment of the employers when they live together in the employer's home and are in the employer's charge, unless their condition of salary earners is proven, without prejudice to having the consideration of self-employed workers.
