Compulsory subjects for notice thereof

The start, end or any changes to the provision of services must be reported to the General Treasury of the Social Security.

Applications for acquisition and termination of active contributor status and changes of details of workers must be signed by the employer or, where appropriate, the self-employed worker. Applications for acquisition of active contributor status and changes of details of workers must be signed by the worker under all circumstances.
