Social Security

The maximum limit for collecting public pensions in 2012, both for those that become payable in 2012 and those that were already payable before 31 December 2011, whether they are collected alone or in conjunction with other pensions, shall be the same as that set for 2012: 

• 2,522.89 euros per month, without prejudice to any extra payments that the pension holder may be entitled to, the amount of which is also affected by the aforementioned limit.

• 35,320.46 euros a year.
