To have access to the services offered by the Social Security's Virtual Office, make sure that you have the following configuration:

NOTE: Only in the case of the Service with a Digital Certificate:"Services of Data Transfer for Civil Service Departments" is it also necessary to install this program Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4.1_XX, 1.4.2_XX or 1.5.0_XX, if the Certificate used is Class 2 CA from the Spanish Royal Mint.

Hardware (only for access to the RED services):

• Pentium processor with a minimum of 166Mhz.
• 64 MB of RAM .
• Approximately 60 MB  of free space on the hard drive.
• 3 1/2 inch floppy disk drive.
• VGA  screen or above.
• Standard 101/102 keyboard

A digital certificate, from the General Treasury of the Social Security, from the National Mint and Stamp Factory or from another authorised issuer recognised by the General Treasury of the Social Security.
