How does the System work?

Communication between users and the TGSS  is done over the INTERNET, with the SILCON  Certificate guaranteeing the security of the communications.

How the system operates for contributions, affiliation and temporary disability affiliation and termination reports is described below.

Please note:

• Digital fingerprints, technical receipts and service messages can be downloaded by users through WinSuite32, after authenticating themselves using the SILCON Certificate. Once downloaded, they can be viewed and printed.
  
• There is a download service from the TGSS web site that all users linked to the same authorisation can use. Through this service users can download all the messages sent by the TGSS to the authorised user for one month. This is an alternative option that can only be used in situations where users cannot receive replies directly through  WinSuite32.
