Collaborators
The technical support staff of collaborating companies offer their customers "help services" for installing and using the RED System software.

The TGSS organises information and training courses of various kinds. Depending on the type of audience and the course content, they are divided into:

The course is given in a single morning or afternoon and lasts approximately 5 hours. -
RED System Refresher Course. Intended for users who have spent some time working with the RED System and wish to improve their knowledge of the System as they still have some doubts about how to use it. This course is also suitable for those authorised users who have added new secondary users that have not been able to attend the introductory courses on the RED System.
The course is given in a single morning or afternoon and lasts approximately 5 hours. -
