Services intended solely and exclusively for Public Administration, as described in Royal Decree 209/2003 of 21 February (B.O.E. 28/02/2003) is now available.

The services consist of the Treasury General of the Social Security (TGSS) or the National Institute of the Social Security transferring certain information, necessary for fulfilling their duties, to other Public Administration Departments and Public Bodies, subject to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on Citizens' Electronic Access to Public Services. Obtaining this information will be subject to prior justification by the applicant and the corresponding acceptance by the TGSS or the INSS.

The authorisation to use the services can be revoked at any time without previous warning when any irregular or undue use is detected. This authorisation can also be revoked, with a prior warning, if any incorrect information is detected in the application for access authorisation.

The applicant who signs on behalf of the Organisation will ensure that the obligations, guarantees and regulations applicable to the supply and/or communication of information are complied with, that it will be used for the purposes indicated on the forms and that each of the requests for information is made within the framework of a specific administrative process.

The requesting body may adopt as many measures as it deems necessary in accordance with the regulations on data protection (LOPD 15/1999) and will have a security document, which may be required for its evaluation as a prerequisite for data transfer authorisation in those services where this is established.

All persons in authority, civil servants and other personnel who have knowledge of the data or information supplied to them because of the authorisation to use this system are obliged to maintain the strictest secrecy about them. Violating this obligation implies being liable to the penal, administrative and civil responsibilities that could be incurred, as well as being subject to exercise of the powers of the Data Protection Agency.

The provision of these services is based on the exchange of files in safe mode. The applicant has to create a request file and send it to the TGSS or the INSS, and then they will be able to collect the reply files generated by the TGSS or the INSS.

Files signed with certificates generated by Social Security (PDF, XAdES, CAdES and PKCS#7 formats) can be validated through the Signature and certificate verification service available in the Electronic Office.

A003.- SELF-EMPLOYED AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITY ACCREDITATION

This service issues a report accrediting the agricultural activity of a self-employed worker on a specific date or over a specific period of time.

A004.- CURRENT WORKER STATUS REPORT

This service issues a report that shows the date of the request, and the status of the applicant in the General Affiliation File.

A006.- WORKING LIFE REPORT -LAST SIX MONTHS

This services provides a report containing the employment details for the worker in question for the six months prior to the date this report is requested.

A007.- SPECIFICALLY DATED EMPLOYMENT AFFILIATION REPORT

This service enables you to enquire about or obtain a report, which will only specify YES or NO. This relates to whether the requested identifier was employment affiliated on a specific date. If appropriate, some of the following messages may appear:

- Identifier duplicated in the data base.
- Incorrect identifier / incorrect format

This service enables you to consult or obtain a report of the average number of workers who have been affiliated at any given time over the last three years in a company.

This service informs the requesting body about whether or not third parties are pensioners with the Social Security system for the purposes of fulfilling tax obligations under its jurisdiction.
