For access to certain services, the National Institute of the Social Security requires a Security Document listing the technical and organisational measures that have been put into place to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the processing of the information to which its personnel have access because of the permissions granted.
Once the Security Document been duly filled out, stamped and signed, it should be sent to the following address:
