Application forms TA.200, TA.201 and TA.202

TA.200 :

This form is used to apply for form E-101 to be issued, by virtue of articles 14.1a, 14bis.1a, 14ter.2 of EEC Regulation 1408/71 and for the processing of initial postings governed by bilateral agreements. When the application refers to a bilateral agreement, three filled out copies of the form supplied for this purpose must also be submitted.

TA.201 :

This form is used to apply for a form E-101 to be issued, under articles 14.1a, 14.2b and 14bis.2 of EEC Regulation 1408/71.

TA.202 :

This form is used to apply to remain under Spanish Social Security legislation under the terms of art.17 of EEC Regulation 1408/71 and other extensions included in Bilateral Agreements. When an extension must be requested on the form designed for this purpose, four filled out copies of the form must be attached along with form TA.202 (a copy).

Questionnaire for workers moving to France

For workers who are posted to work in France and to whom Article 17 of Regulation 1408/1971 or Article 16 of Regulation 883/2004 is applicable (application forms TA.202 or TA.204), the duly filled out "questionnaire" should be attached.
