Effective as of January 2012, employed workers from the Special Agricultural Scheme and the employers to which they provide their services will be included in the General Social Security Scheme through the creation of a Special System, in accordance with the provisions of Law 28/2011 of 22 September (BOE of the 23rd).

Therefore, employers for whom workers carry out domestic tasks must submit to any Social Security Administrative Office or using Electronic Registration, forms |TA.6 or TA 7 to apply for a Contribution Account Code –CAC- in the Special System for Agricultural Employees in the General Scheme and form TA 0163 to request active contributor status for workers, if this is not done using the RED System. Applications for removal or reincorporation into the Special Agricultural Scheme must be filed using for TA 0161, which will be available on the website.
