Succession of business and/or ownership
Succession of company ownership or of the business activity will cause the company to be registered as terminated in the Employers Registry, followed by a new registration under the name of the new owner, if he or she was not registered already.
The deadline to report this event is six natural days after it occurs.
In order to facilitate the communication of worker affiliations and terminations of affiliation for both the successor and previous company, the Treasury General of the Social Security provides employers with the form TA.8 "Application to change the worker Contribution Account".
